Oh my!

Well, my suspicions were dead wrong. Looks like we are going to have a BOY!

Monty and I are both a little in shock. Good thing I didn't go out and buy a bunch of frilly dresses, although I did come close on many occasions. Guess that will have to be postponed until next time... now to start thinking of boy names. He's the size and weight of a can of coke. That seems so big, but I'm barely showing, and only when I wear certain things. I guess that's good; I get to avoid the unsolicited advice from strangers for a little while longer.

When my head stops spinning I will return with lots of photos of Italy and some delicious new yarn I picked up on the trip.

A boy; oh my goodness!

I was so totally convinced I was carrying a girl, too... unlike you, I did go out and buy a bunch of girly things, only to be quite shocked when we found out it was a boy... ah, well, atleast I have a robust stash ready and waiting for a little girl!

Congrats, and get ready for a wild ride... Boys are insane! My son just turned one and I haven't had a moment's rest!

Boy, oh boy! I think the entire family was a little in shock. The only person I know who was not surprised in the least was Casey. One thing is for sure - this is one pretty baby. I wish we could have seen the face on the sonogram like you did. That's ok, though. I will just wait until March to meet him. I love him already!

Congratulations! I have an 8 y.o. boy and he's just so adorable :) I'm sure you'll love yours too. Good luck with founding a name.
Find your blog through Knitty btw. Your pattern is stunning!! Too bad, I'm not a knitter or just a little.
